We visited the Amazingly beautiful Chapel of The Holy Cross one cloudy spring day in 2001, when the monsoon rains were building and the sun was soon to set. Anni insisted I make this shot. I was into landscapes at the time and saw no reason to shoot the Chapel, as hordes of amateur photographers were doing. Made it anyway. The shot was chosen for the cover of the official cookbook, being produced at the time.
